SPG at Iona House Gallery
I am showing a handful of paintings with the Small Paintings Group at Woodstock’s Iona House Gallery for the month of September 2026. I am delighted to have been elected as a member of the SPG, which was founded by a group of painter at the Chelsea Arts Club in the eighties. They wanted to champion small paintings which formed part of their own portfolio of work.
The paintings here include two from a small group of landscapes I made beyond Woodstock, towards Great Tew during the summer heatwave. I am also showing an Antibes seascape and the beautiful peony painting also here.
