ARTWORK DETAILS

Archival pigment prints also known as giclée prints, printed by specialist fine art printers in East London, printer members of the Fine Art Trade Guild.  Using the highest quality archival paper and inks (giclée).  

 

The print border is weighted at the base for both the edition number and my signature, and allows for 5mm image loss for mounting when framing.

EDITION & SIGNATURE

Edition of 25, signed and numbered by the artist.

 

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY                                                  

Prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, numbered and dated.

 

FRAMING

You can buy a print either framed or unframed.  If you order a framed print, framing is a simple white lacquer frame with white mount (approximate mount width 3cm).

 

HOW TO ORDER

To secure your print order I kindly ask for payment first. Once received, your order is placed. To place your order, please get in touch via Contact.

 

If you are ordering an Unframed Print:

Prints are signed on a Thursday or a Friday.  Orders are placed by the Tuesday of that week.  Expect to receive your print approximately two weeks after your prints have been signed.

 

If you are ordering a Framed Print:

Prints are signed on a Thursday or a Friday.  Orders are placed by Tuesday of that week.  Your print is then sent to be framed.  Expect to receive your framed print two to three weeks after your prints have been signed.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

Whilst the (tiny) team will do its utmost to avoid delays to your order, please allow plenty of time.  Please note current turnaround timings below.

 

• Unframed prints: two to three weeks.

• Framed prints: three to four weeks.

 

PAYMENT

I currently accept payment by bank transfer.  If you prefer to pay via PayPal, am happy to invoice and receive payment using this service.

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is currently FREE and to the UK only.  If ordering from outside the UK, I can let you know the price for postage.

 

Your print will come by Royal Mail signed for, carefully protected in a robust print tube or framed print box together with your limited edition print Certificate of Authenticity.  

 

Returns

I very much hope that you will be nothing but delighted with your print.  If the print is damaged please contact me at emma@emmahill.net within 14 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to give a full refund.  

 

Please return the item in its original packaging to Point 101, 3 Meldola Yard, Hackney Wick, London E9 5NW. Please use a tracked and signed-for service to ensure your return arrives safely.
